What data is collected

When you use the contact form, the following data is collected: your full name, your email address, optionally your phone number, and the content of your message. Nothing more — no account, no profiling, no marketing list.

If you reach out directly via WhatsApp, Instagram or email, your data is processed by those services under their own privacy policies.

Why it is collected

Only to reply to your request and, if you decide to book, to organise your session. Your data is never sold, never shared for advertising and never used to send you marketing messages.

Legal framework

This processing is covered by Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). If you are visiting from the European Union, the rights granted by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are also honoured. The basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the form.

Retention

Messages are kept for a maximum of 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected].

Service providers

• Web3Forms — processes the contact form. Your name, email and message are transmitted to its servers in the United States, only when you submit the form. Privacy policy: web3forms.com/privacy
• Umami Analytics — anonymous audience statistics. This analytics tool does not set any cookies and does not collect any personal data.
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery. Technical logs (such as IP addresses) may be processed for security purposes. Privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
• GitHub — stores the editorial content of this website (United States). No visitor data is involved.
